1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using stockr.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
3. Buyer Terms
- All purchases are made using your account balance, which must be funded in advance.
- Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful purchase.
- You may open a dispute within the product's specified dispute window (1–72 hours).
- Refunds are processed to your account balance, not to external payment methods.
- You may not resell products unless explicitly permitted by the seller.
4. Seller Terms
- Sellers must apply and be approved before listing products.
- All products must comply with our content policies and applicable laws.
- Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings.
- A platform commission is deducted from each sale.
- Seller earnings are held for a configurable period before becoming available.
- Edited products require re-approval before going live.
5. Prohibited Items
The following are prohibited on stockr.org:
- Stolen or fraudulently obtained accounts or licenses
- Malware, hacking tools, or exploit kits
- Illegal content or services
- Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Personal data or credentials obtained without consent
6. Disputes & Refunds
- Buyers may file disputes within the product's dispute window.
- Sellers have 24 hours to respond before auto-resolution.
- If the seller does not respond, the buyer receives an automatic refund.
- If the buyer does not respond to the seller's reply within 24 hours, the dispute is closed.
- Either party may request admin intervention for a final decision.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse the dispute system, or list prohibited items.
8. Limitation of Liability
stockr.org acts as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
