Buying
How do I purchase a product?
Create an account, add funds to your balance using cryptocurrency, browse products, select the one you want, choose your quantity, and click "Buy Now". The product will be delivered instantly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus and NOWPayments. Supported currencies include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and many more.
What if the product doesn't work?
Open a dispute within the product's dispute window (typically 1–72 hours after purchase). The seller has 24 hours to respond. If unresolved, an admin will make a final decision.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed through our dispute system. If the product is not as described, you can request a refund. Approved refunds are credited to your account balance.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Visit the Become a Seller page and submit your application. Our team reviews applications within 48 hours.
What fees does stockr.org charge?
We charge a commission on each sale. The rate is set by the platform. Check your Seller Fees page for details.
When do I get paid?
Seller earnings are held for a configurable period (typically 24 hours) after each sale. After the hold period, funds are released to your seller balance and can be withdrawn.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to your account settings and enable 2FA. You'll need an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) to scan the QR code.
